Choose Your Preferred Language for Your Expert

At Homeluxy, our goal is to make every booking as smooth and personalized as possible.

When you book a service through our platform, you can already customize many aspects of your booking. We continuously work to collect nearly all the information we need during the booking process, allowing us to match you with the most suitable expert and ensure your service is delivered exactly the way you prefer.

However, there are situations where communication between you and your expert is necessary during the appointment. In these cases, it’s important that your professional speaks a language you’re comfortable with.

That’s why we’ve recently introduced a new feature on the Homeluxy platform. During the booking process - or at any time later through the Settings section of your Homeluxy account - you can now select one or more of your preferred languages.

Once your language preferences have been saved, our partners will only be able to assign experts who speak at least one of your selected languages. This helps ensure smoother communication and an even better service experience from start to finish.
