New Feature: Preferred Personnel

Until now, our clients were already able to request that certain cleaners perform their cleanings regularly. Thanks to a platform update, from now on if your preferred cleaner is unavailable (for example due to illness or vacation), you will automatically receive an email notification and the replacement will only happen with your approval.

One of Homeluxy’s advantages is that in case your preferred cleaner is not available, we can still send someone with similarly high ratings and experience, so your cleaning still gets completed without interruption.

Also, from now on, every email notification clearly shows which cleaner has been assigned to your booking. In some cases, you can even see their profile photo in advance, so you always know exactly who will be coming to your home.
