• Nebulization - Spraying of a disinfectant product with a specialized machine
  

The advantage of this procedure is that the entire area is disinfected, including all surrounding objects (furniture, ceilings, floors, walls,). As this process is meticulous, no food should be left outside and no one should be present in the room during the disinfection process.

• Manual disinfection - A complementary process that consists of manually disinfecting contact surfaces with ethanol-based products. Customers may be present during this process.
