New Rating System

We’ve introduced a new rating system to make it easier for you to provide feedback about your personnel.

You can rate your booking directly from your Homeluxy account by going to the Bookings page and selecting the relevant booking. We’ll also send you an email after your booking with a link to leave your feedback.

With the new system, you can rate your expert based on four different criteria. Your feedback is important not only for that particular booking, but also for your future bookings. Our goal is to assign you experts you’ve previously been satisfied with whenever possible. You can also view ratings and reviews left by other Homeluxy clients, helping you learn more about an expert and other clients’ experiences in advance.

We hope this new feature will help us further improve the quality of our services and provide you with an even better Homeluxy experience.
