Inside your Homeluxy account, under the new Messages section, you can now chat directly with the professional assigned to your booking.
- Need to request a small change to the service?
- Has your gate code changed?
- Will you arrive home a few minutes later than expected?
Messages sent through the chat are delivered directly to your assigned professional, meaning there is no longer a need to coordinate everything through customer support. This makes communication much faster, easier, and more convenient.
In addition, we also provide support coverage for messages exchanged through this chat system. In the event of any later issue or complaint, the communication history can be reviewed and taken into account.
